green smoothie

2 bananas, frozen

2 handfuls strawberries

1/2-1 avocado

1/2 – 1 bunch kale, leaves

1-2 handulfs brazil nuts

2 tbsp plantbased protein powder (optional)

400-500ml filtered water

toppings

fresh strawberries

coconut yoghurt

pumpkin and sesame seeds

raw chocolate

 

To make the smoothie place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into two bowls and serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
